摘 要:矿质集料为散体材料,在测定其承载比(CBR)过程中遇到成型方式和变异系数过大的问题。针对CBR试验过程中荷载板厚度对变异系数的影响进行了试验研究,通过考察贯入量为2.5mm和5.0mm时不同荷载板厚度(0cm、1cm、2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm、6cm、7cm)的CBR和变异系数的变化,提出合理的荷载板厚度。试验表明:CBR和变异系数在贯入量为5.0mm时较为稳定,当贯入量为5.0mm时,荷载板厚度为4cm时变异系数最小。建议在进行矿质集料CBR承载比试验时,荷载板厚度取4cm,贯入量取5.0mm,此状况下所得的CBR值和变异系数较为稳定,可满足土的承载比(CBR)试验(T 0134—1993)规定的精密度和允许差CV≤12%的要求。Mineral aggregate is a bulk material,and the problem of forming method and coefficient of variation is too large in the process of determining its bearing ratio(CBR).The effect of the thickness of loading plate on the coefficient of variation during the CBR test has been studied.By investigating the changes of CBR and coefficient of variation of different loading board thicknesses(0cm,1cm,2cm,3cm,4cm,5cm,6cm,7cm)when the penetration is 2.5mm and 5.0mm,a reasonable loading plate thickness has been proposed.The test results have shown that the CBR and the coefficient of variation are relatively stable when the penetration is 5.0mm.When the penetration is 5.0mm,the coefficient of variation is the smallest when the thickness of loading plate is 4cm.Therefore,it has been recommended that when carrying out the CBR bearing ratio test of mineral aggregates,the thickness of loading plate is 4cm and the penetration amount is 5.0mm.Under this condition,the CBR value and coefficient of variation obtained are relatively stable,which can satisfy precision and allowable difference CV≤12%of the soil bearing ratio(CBR)test(T 0134-1993)requirements.
