汕头礐石大桥防撞预警系统设计

摘　　要：为避免人为失误因素导致船撞大桥的事故发生,提出了汕头礐石大桥防撞预警系统设计方案。系统主要由前端服务单元、热成像仪、视频监控单元以及软件功能等组成。通过前端服务单元将现场数据传输到服务器,供业主单位或海事部门查询控制;通过热成像仪可监测通航船舶的超高以及偏航情况;通过视频监控单元管理人员可通过控制云台和调焦,对航道进行监控;结合目标控制软件以及报警服务器软件,对于存在撞桥危险的船舶,系统除了在视野开阔处的LED大屏显示信息外,还可通过VHF发出语音提醒,对其加强监管。In order to avoid the accident of ship collision with the bridge caused by human error,a design scheme of the anti-collision early warning system of Shantou Queshi Bridge has been proposed.The system is mainly composed of four parts:front-end service unit,thermal imager,video monitoring unit and software functions.The field data is transmitted to the server through the front-end service unit,so that the owner unit or the maritime department can inquire;through the thermal imager,the super-elevation and yaw of the navigable vessel can be monitored;the management personnel can control the PTZ and focus on through the video monitoring unit,To monitor the waterway;being combined with the target control software and the alarm server software,for ships that are in danger of colliding with the bridge,the system will not only display information on the large LED screen in the open view,but also send voice reminders through VHF to strengthen supervision.
