摘　　要：从用人单位角度展现和归纳当前我国工业设计人才需求的特点及趋势,构建工业设计岗位体系和知识技能需求体系,进而对相关院校提出工业设计专业人才培养建议。以定量研究法统计分析2019年1月至2019年12月期间三大招聘网站工业设计人才需求数据。工业设计人才可分为三大类型:创意技术型、创意技能型和创意综合型;人才培养与能力素养水平可分为三个层次:专业基础能力、专业进阶能力和职业综合素养。差异化分层次培养和跨学科适应性培养有助于提升学生设计能力的岗位契合度。In order to summarize the current situation and characteristics of industrial design talent demand in the domestic employment market,so as to construct both of industrial design post system and knowledge&skill demand system from the angle of enterprise,thus to put forward relevant suggestion of industrial design education.Based on industrial design talent demand data of three major recruitment websites from January 2019 to December 2019,quantitative research method was conducted.Industrial design talents can be divided into three types:creative technology,creative skills and creative integration;The level of talent cultivation and competence can be divided into three levels:basic professional competence,advanced professional competence and comprehensive professional accomplishment.It is helpful to improve the students'design ability from two aspects:difference classification and level training;interdisciplinary adaptability training.
