摘　　要：某钢铁企业水处理站针对无地可用和不允许停产改造的现状,采用了创新性立式改造方案,重点介绍了改造工程的立式设计及施工过程。新增水处理设施采用竖向布置,设备依托框架和平台直接设置于现有水处理站上方,无须新增占地,不影响原有水处理站的正常生产;大量采用一体化设备、模块化设备和预制管道,现场组装,大幅度缩短建设时间。As no land is available and no stopping production is allowed in a water treatment station of an iron and steel enterprise,an innovative vertical modification scheme was adopted,and the vertical design and construction process of the modification project were emphatically introduced.The newly added water treatment facilities were arranged vertically,the equipment was directly arranged above the existing water treatment station on the basis of the steel frame and platform,no additional land was needed and the normal production of the existing water treatment station was not affected.A large number of integrated equipments,modular equipments and pre-fabricated piping were used and field-assembled,the construction time was greatly reduced.
