摘　　要：针对某汽车涂装废水污染物种类较多,水质复杂,可生化性差的特点,设计采用混凝沉淀分质预处理与厌氧-缺氧-好氧-MBR二级处理相结合的工艺,工程运行结果表明,系统运行稳定、操作简单,出水水质达到GB/T 18920—2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》表1要求,供给车间回用。In view of the characteristics of automobile coating wastewater such as:various pollutants-containing,complex composition and poor biodegradability,a process combing coagulation sedimentation qualitative pretreatment with anerobic-anoxic-aerobic-MBR two stage treatment was adopted for its treatment.The operation results of the project showed that,the system had advantages of stable operation and simple manipulation,the effluent water quality met the requirement of table 1 in GB/T 18920—2002 The reuse of urban recycling water——water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption,which could be reused in workshops.
