摘 要:针对不锈钢生产废水具有高硝酸盐氮、低COD、低磷的水质特点,采用高效生物脱氮-气浮-BAF-反硝化深床滤池工艺对其进行深度处理。介绍了工艺处理流程、工艺参数及运行效果。实际运行结果表明,该工艺脱氮效率高、运行稳定,可以将总氮质量浓度由1200 mg/L处理至15 mg/L以下,出水水质满足GB 13456—2012《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》表2标准,解决了废水总氮无法达标排放的问题。In view of the characteristics of stainless steel production wastewater such as:high nitrate nitrogen concentration,low COD and phosphorus concentrations and so on,a combined process of high efficiency biological denitrification-air floatation-BAF-denitrification deep bed filter was adopted for its advanced treatment.The treatment flow and parameters of the said process,as well as the operation results,were introduced.The practical operation results showed that,the said process had high denitrification efficiency,which ran stably and decreased the mass concentrations of total nitrogen from 1200 to below 15 mg/L.The effluent water quality from the said process met the requirement of the standard of table 2 in GB 13456—2012 Discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry,which indicated that the said process could solve the problem that total nitrogen in wastewater cannot meet the discharge standard.
