复方氨酚烷胺片过敏致固定型药疹1例

摘　　要：目的:通过对复方氨酚烷胺片过敏导致固定型药疹的病例进行分析,促进临床合理用药,减少滥用药物行为。方法:对复方氨酚烷胺片的成分进行深入分析,对其导致过敏引起固定型药疹的相关性、发生原因、预防措施进行探讨。结果:患者的固定型药疹与复方氨酚烷胺片的应用有密切关联。结论:复方氨酚烷胺片属非处方药,在日常使用和临床应用过程中应予以重视,要特别关注用药后的情况,做好药物不良反应的监测。Objective: to analyze the cases of fixed drug eruption caused by allergy to compound paracetamol and amantadine tablets, so as to promote rational drug use and reduce drug abuse. Methods: the components of compound paracetamol and amantadine tablets were analyzed, and the correlation, causes and preventive measures of retention drug eruption caused by allergy were discussed. Results: and conclusion: the application of compound paracetamol and amantadine tablets is closely related to the fixed drug eruption. Conclusion: paracetamol and amantadine tablets are over-the-counter drugs, which should be paid attention to in the process of daily use and clinical application, especially the situation after medication, and the monitoring of adverse drug reactions should be done well.
