由止血困难一例谈抗抑郁药物相互作用

摘　　要：本文介绍一例既往风湿性心脏病病史,二尖瓣置换术后长期服用华法林,因诊断广泛性焦虑障碍后联合服用帕罗西汀从而导致止血困难的病例。分析了华法林和帕罗西汀合用出现不良事件的原因,探讨了相关的药物相互作用机制,启示临床医生在临床工作中应注意合理用药,避免不合理的联合用药,以减少因药物相互作用所致不良反应的发生。This paper introduces a case of rheumatic heart disease who took warfarin for a long time after mitral valve replacement and was difficult to stop bleeding due to the diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder combined with paroxetine. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the mechanism of adverse events caused by the combination of warfarin and paroxetine, discusses the mechanism of the drug-drug interaction, and enlightens clinicians that they should pay attention to rational drug use and avoid unreasonable combination of drugs in clinical work in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by the drug-drug interaction.
