剖宫产麻醉应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探究剖宫产麻醉应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治行剖宫产术分娩产妇400例,根据麻醉方式不同分为两组,各200例。对照组实施罗哌卡因麻醉;研究组实施罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果及术后各项临床指标水平。结果:研究组麻醉起效时间、手术时间、术后6 h视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分均低于对照组,手术后镇痛维持时间及新生儿阿氏评分(Apgar)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇麻醉后5 min、30 min的收缩压水平显著低于对照组,舒张压及心率水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在分娩产妇的剖宫产手术中,实施罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉的效果确切,镇痛效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section anesthesia.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,400 cases of parturients who underwent cesarean section were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different anesthetic methods,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine.The study group was anesthetized with ropivacaine and sufentanil for spinal epidural anesthesia.The anesthetic effect and postoperative clinical index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthesia onset time,operative time and VAS score at 6 h after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and analgesic maintenance time and Apgar score after operation were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 min,30 min of anesthesia,the systolic blood pressure in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the cesarean section of parturient women,ropivacaine with sufentanil for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is effective,and the analgesic effect is significant.
