罗沙司他在慢性肾脏病患者肾性贫血治疗中的应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究罗沙司他在慢性肾脏病患者肾性贫血治疗中的效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年9月收治慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组进行常规药物治疗;研究组使用罗沙司他治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后各项临床症评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞计数、网织红细胞及血细胞比容等指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用罗沙司他治疗慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血的效果良好,能够有效提高血常规指标水平,改善患者各方面症状,并具有较高的安全性。Objective:To study the effect of Roxadustat on renal anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:From October 2019 to September 2020,96 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease and renal anemia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drugs.The study group was treated with Roxadustat.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes levels such as hemoglobin,erythrocyte count,reticulocyte and hematocrit of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roxadustat is more effective in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with renal anemia,which can not only effectively improve the level of blood routine indexes,but also improve symptoms of patients,with high safety.
