脑卒中便秘患者行按摩配合中药贴敷的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究脑卒中便秘患者行按摩配合中药贴敷的护理效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治脑卒中患者100例,均实施按摩配合中药贴敷治疗;按入院顺序分为两组,各50例。观察组行针对性护理;对照组行常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音次数多于对照组,首次排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组便秘程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在按摩配合中药贴敷缓解脑卒中患者便秘过程中,给予有效护理干预,能够使便秘症状得到缓解。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine application on patients with constipation after stroke.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with stroke were selected,all of them were treated with massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine application.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted nursing and the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the frequency of bowel sounds was more than that in the control group,and the first defecation time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the degree of constipation was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine application to relieve constipation of stroke patients,effective nursing intervention can relieve constipation symptoms.
