中西医护理干预措施对糖尿病足转归的效果及促进糖尿病足溃疡创口愈合的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中西医护理干预措施对糖尿病足的效果及对促进糖尿病足溃疡创口痊愈的影响。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治糖尿病足患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规西医护理干预措施;研究组加用中医护理干预措施。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组干预后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面修复时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为糖尿病足患者实施中西医护理干预措施效果显著,有助于促进溃疡创口愈合。Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention in diabetic foot(DF)and its effect on promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcer wound.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,90 patients with DF were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine nursing intervention.The study group was given TCM nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and HbA1c were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after intervention,the scores of quality of life in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the wound repair time and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for DF patients is significant,which is helpful to promote ulcer wound healing.
