社区健康指导对阴道炎患者治疗效果的提高作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对阴道炎患者治疗后实施社区健康指导的效果。方法:2019年11月-2020年11月收治阴道炎患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。研究组实施社区健康指导;对照组发放健康知识宣传手册。比较两组患者干预后的治疗情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、患者用药依从性及遵医依从性均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区健康指导对阴道炎患者提升治疗效果的作用显著,对加快患者康复速度具有积极意义。Objective:To analyze the effect of community health guidance for patients with vaginitis after treatment.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,112 patients with vaginitis were treated,and randomly divided into two groups with 56 patients in each group.Research group to implement community health guidance.The control group was given health knowledge brochure.The treatment conditions after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,medication compliance and compliance of patients in the study group were higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community health guidance has a significant effect on the improvement of treatment effect for patients with vaginitis,and has a positive significance for accelerating the recovery speed of patients.
