摘  要:采用伽马射线法,测量常温常压垂直上升管内气-水两相流截面含气率。采用内径15mm的有机玻璃圆管,管内两相流体折算气速范围为0.118~8.977 m/s,折算液速范围为0.102~2.012 m/s,分析截面含气率随折算气速、体积含气率的变化规律。通过把伽马射线法截面含气率的试验测量值与经典模型理论公式计算值进行对比分析,测量值与Armand-Massena公式计算值吻合最好,相对偏差较小。Void fraction of gas-liquid two-phase flow in vertical upward pipe under normal temperature and pressure is measured by using gamma ray technique.Using a plexiglass tube with an inner diameter of 15 mm,the converted gas velocity range of the two-phase fluid in the pipe is 0.118~8.977 m/s,and the converted liquid velocity range is 0.102~2.012 m/s.The variation law of the section gas holdup with the converted gas velocity and volume gas holdup is analyzed.By comparing the experimental measured value of the void fraction of gas-liquid by the gamma ray method with the calculated value of the classical model theoretical formula,the measured value is in the best agreement with the calculated value of the Armand-Massena formula,and the relative deviation is small.
