摘 要:为了探究新型钢管内置刚性节点在轴力作用下的力学性能并得到实用计算公式,建立了精细化有限元模型,通过前期试验证明了该模型受力可靠,并进行了参数分析;推导了基于剪力滞后模型的理论解,建立了节点承载力计算公式;结合试验、有限元和理论研究,建立了轴力作用下新型钢管内置刚性节点的实用计算公式。研究给出了影响新型内置刚性连接节点受力的三大因素,并表明在内插板与钢管连接处应力集中严重,节点设计时应考虑剪力滞后效应影响。可为相关工程设计提供参考。This paper aims to study the mechanical behavior of a new type of steel tube rigid joint subjected to axial forces and to establish a practical calculation formula.A corresponding refined finite element analysis(FEA)model was established,whose reliability was verified by the experiment.Then the finite element parameters were analyzed.The simplified theoretical solution based on the shear lag model was derived,and the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the joints was given.A practical formula for the new steel pipe with a built-in rigid joint under the action of the axial forces was proposed,taking into account of the results from the simplified theoretical solution,finite element analysis and experimental research.The main factors influencing the bearing capacity of this new rigid joint of the steel tube were discussed.In addition,severe stress concentration exists in the connections between the gusset plate and the steel tube,so the shear lag effect should be considered in the joint design.The research results can be used as a reference for the relevant regulations and practical engineering design.
