摘 要:物流园区的合理选址是其成功运营的关键。为了从若干备选方案中选出最优方案,文中提出了一种基于集对分析的物流园区选址方案综合评价方法。首先构建了由3个一级指标、7个二级指标组成的物流园区选址方案评价指标体系;然后从构造同一度决策矩阵、确定评价指标权重、考虑权重的综合评价模型等三个方面阐述具体的评价过程;最后以某省为例进行了实例分析。应用表明,基于集对分析的物流园区选址方案综合评价方法实用可靠。评价结果可以为物流园区的选址提供科学依据。The reasonable location of logistics park is the key to its successful operation.In order to select the best one from several alternatives,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of logistics park location scheme based on set pair analysis.Firstly,the evaluation index system of logistics park location scheme is constructed,which is composed of three first-class indexes and seven second-class indexes.Then,the specific evaluation process is elaborated from the construction of the same degree decision-making matrix,the determination of evaluation index weight and the comprehensive evaluation model considering the weight.Finally,a case study of a province is carried out.The application shows that the comprehensive evaluation method of logistics park location scheme based on set pair analysis is practical and reliable.The evaluation results can provide scientific basis for the location of logistics park.
