基于熵权TOPSIS法对河南省农产品物流能力评价

摘　　要：为了更加科学有效地评价河南省各地级市农产品物流能力,文中从社会经济系统中选取与河南省农产品物流能力相关联的9项指标构建评价指标体系,利用熵权法得到各评价指标的熵值和所占比重,然后运用TOPSIS法对河南省18个地级市农产品物流能力进行评价,结果表明,河南省各地级市农产品物流能力存在着较大的差异,并根据物流能力评价结果提出相对应的建议。In order to evaluate the logistics capacity of agricultural products in Henan province with more scientifically and effectively,nine indexes related to the logistics capacity of agricultural products in Henan Province were selected from the social and economic system to construct the evaluation index system.The entropy value and weight of each evaluation index were obtained by using entropy weight method,and then the agricultural product logistics capacity of 18 prefecture level cities in Henan Province was evaluated by TOPSIS method.The results show that there are great differences in the logistics capacity of agricultural products among cities in Henan Province,and corresponding suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results of logistics capacity.
