摘　　要：近年来,受网络零售迅猛发展的冲击,实体零售企业面临转型升级的困境,而“互联网+”赋能是应对实体零售企业转型升级的重要手段。为了全方位地挖掘实体零售企业转型升级困境的发展特征,文中以“互联网+”为背景,针对“互联网+”赋能下实体零售企业转型升级困境,构建外部环境压力与企业转型升级能力匹配理论框架,揭示困境的生成逻辑并提出相应的破解对策。同时,从外部环境压力和企业转型升级能力两方面分析了实体零售企业转型升级的类型,包括“在什么条件下转型”以及“如何转型”等,进而为实体零售企业转型升级提供有益参考。In recent years,affected by the rapid development of online retail,physical retail enterprises are facing the dilemma of transformation and upgrading,and“Internet+”empowerment is an important means to deal with the transformation and upgrading of physical retail enterprises.In order to fully explore the development characteristics of the transformation and upgrading difficulties of physical retail enterprises,this article aims at the transformation and upgrading dilemma of physical retail enterprises under the empowerment of“Internet+”and constructs the theoretical framework of matching the external environmental pressure with the transformation and upgrading capabilities of enterprises,revealing the logic of the dilemma and putting forward corresponding countermeasures under the background of“Internet+”.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the types of transformation and upgrading of physical retail enterprises from two aspects of external environmental pressure and the transformation and upgrading capabilities of enterprises,including“under what conditions”and“how to transform”,so as to provide useful references for the transformation and upgrading of physical retail enterprises.
