摘 要:随着世界经济的快速发展和现代科技的进步,各大汽车制造企业的技术优势越来越明显。物流作为企业的第三利润源,物流战略也成了汽车企业物流发展的重中之重。文中将从物流运作能力、物流服务能力、物流应急能力和物流创新能力四个一级指标来评价汽车企业的物流能力水平,找出A汽车公司物流能力存在的具体问题,为A汽车公司改进物流战略和方法指明方向,以提高企业的整体物流能力和经营业绩。文中通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价模型相结合,对具体的汽车公司物流能力进行实证研究,不仅全面消除了指标之间存在的矛盾问题,还能有效解决判断的模糊性和不确定性问题。With the rapid development of world economy and the progress of modern science and technology,the technical advantages of major automobile manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more obvious.As the third profit source of enterprises,logistics strategy has become the top priority of logistics development of automobile enterprises.This paper will evaluate the logistics capability level of automobile enterprises from the four first level indexes including logistics operation ability,logistics service ability,logistics emergency ability and logistics innovation ability,find out the specific problems existing in the logistics ability of A car company,and point out the direction for A car company to improve its logistics strategy and methods,so as to improve its overall logistics ability and business performance.Through the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,this paper makes an empirical study on the specific logistics capacity of automobile companies,which not only eliminates the contradiction between indicators,but also effectively solves the problems of fuzziness and uncertainty of judgment.
