基于CiteSpace知识图谱的物流人才教育可视化研究分析

摘　　要：现代物流在全球经济一体化中起着关键作用,物流人才在国家发展中扮演了重要角色。文中以2007-2020年CNKI数据平台发表的相关论文为基础,通过CiteSpace软件对文献的发表时间分布、高产作者、机构合作网络、关键词热点分布进行可视化分析。数据分析发现:发文作者、发文机构过于分散,研究内容雷同,缺少沟通合作,缺乏创新;对于物流人才教育的高频次关键词分别是“物流管理专业”、“人才培养模式”、“教学改革”等,说明学者多关注于理论上的物流人才教育体制改革。在此基础上我们应突破现有研究框架,实现高校物流人才培养模式体制改革。The logistics talents have played an important role in the development of economy in China.According to the papers published on CNKI between 2007 to 2020,this paper visualizes and analyzes the five dimensions of publication time distribution,high-yield authors,institutional cooperation network and keyword hotspot distribution through CiteSpace software.The analysis shows that:the authors and institutions are too scattered,the research contents are similar,lack of communication and cooperation,and lack of innovation;The high-frequency keywords for logistics human resources education are“logistics management specialty”,“talent training model”,and“teaching reform”,etc.,which shows that scholars in this field mostly focus on theory.The reform of the education system of logistics talents on the above.Based on this,we should break through the existing research framework and realize the reform of university logistics talents training model system.
