摘　　要：近年来,收缩型城市给我国城市可持续发展以及城市规划政策的制定带来了严峻挑战。城市收缩主要分布在我国东北、中部以及川渝地区,且存在明显的地域相关性,表现在人口、经济和空间等多个方面,具有人口收缩与经济收缩并存、人口减少伴随城市空间扩张的资源错配、城市群沿线及周边城市出现收缩现象等特征。城市收缩既受到经济全球化、政府主导的区域政策、经济结构转型、人口老龄化等因素的影响,也受到自身发展阶段、城市类型、社会经济基础与产业变迁、所处的地理位置及周边环境等因素的影响。我国未来城市的发展战略应立足于中国特色,积极适应后疫情时代"双循环"新发展格局和新发展理念下城市发展方略的研究和规划,推动收缩型城市转型,实现城市的高质量发展。In recent years,shrinking cities have brought severe challenges to the sustainable development of cities and the formulation of urban planning policies in China.Urban shrinking is mainly distributed in the northeast,central and Sichuan-Chongqing regions of China.There is obvious regional correlation among these regions,which is manifested in many aspects such as population,economy,and space.It is characterized by the coexistence of population shrinking and economic shrinking,population shrinking accompanied by resource misallocation due to the urban spatial expansion and the shrinking of urban agglomerations along the route and surrounding cities.Urban shrinkage is not only affected by economic globalization,government-led regional policies,economic structural transformation and population aging,but also influenced by other factors such as its own development stage,city type,socio-economic foundation and industrial changes,geographical location and surrounding environment.The development strategy of the future cities in China should be based on Chinese characteristics,and actively adapt to the research and planning of urban development strategies under the new development pattern and new development concepts of the"dual circulation"in the post-epidemic era.It is still important to promote the transformation of shrinking cities in order to achieve high-quality urban development.
