摘 要:相比于溶剂型环氧涂料,水性环氧涂料环保性能好,但耐腐蚀性差。通过纳米材料对水性环氧树脂进行改性,可大大提高涂料的防腐性能。根据纳米材料改善水性环氧涂层防腐性能的原理,综述了零维(ZrO_(2)、TiO_(2)等)、一维(聚苯胺、碳纳米管等)、二维(石墨烯、氧化石墨烯、六方氮化硼等)三种维度的纳米材料改性水性环氧防腐涂料的研究进展,指出了三种涂料的优点和不足,并展望了其发展趋势和应用前景。The corrosion resistance of waterborne epoxy coating is worse than that of solvent based epoxy coating.The anticorrosive performance of waterborne epoxy coating can be greatly improved through modification by nanomaterials.Based on the principle of improving the anticorrosion properties of the waterborne epoxy coating,the research progress of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings modified by three nanomaterials were reviewed,consisiting of zero-dimensional(ZrO_(2),TiO_(2),etc.),one-dimensional(polyaniline,carbonnanotube,etc.),two-dimensional(graphene,oxidizedgraphene,hexagonal boron nitride,etc.)nanomaterials.The advantages and disadvantages of three resins modified by nanomaterials were pointed out.Additionally,the development trend and application prospect of the coatings were prospected.
