摘 要:通过熔融法制备了钛酸铜钙/聚偏氟乙烯(CCTO/PVDF)复合材料,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和介电阻抗谱仪等手段研究了CCTO填料含量、频率(10^(-1)~10^(7)Hz)等因素对复合材料微观形貌、晶相、介电性能和导电性能等方面的影响。结果表明:填料在聚合物中分散良好;填料含量对复合材料晶型结构基本没影响,物化性质稳定。随着填料含量增加,复合材料的介电常数、电导率均呈增加趋势,当填料质量含量为60%时介电性能达到最佳。在低频区,复合材料能够获得更好的介电性能。复合材料在低频条件下显示的特殊介电性能可能具有潜在的应用前景。Copper calcium titanate(CCTO)/polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)composites were prepared by melt blending.The effects of CCTO filler content and frequency range(10^(-1)~10^(7)Hz)on the microstructure,crystal phase,dielectric properties and conductivity of the composite were studied by SEM,XRD and dielectric impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that fillers were good dispersed in the polymer.The filler content had no effect on the crystal structure of composites,and its physical and chemical properties were stable.With the increase of filler content,the dielectric constant and conductivity of the composites increased.When the filler content was 60%,the dielectric properties reached the peak.In the low frequency range,the dielectric permittivity of the composites was more sensitive to the change of the filler contents,which could obtain better dielectric properties.The special dielectric properties of the composites at low frequency may had potential applications.
