摘 要:壳聚糖(CS)是由甲壳素经过脱乙酰基(脱乙酰度55%以上)得到的产物,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和无细胞毒性,被广泛用于生物医药等领域。CS纳米纤维膜能够改善CS的水溶性,增大膜的比表面积及孔隙率等,有利于提高产品性能,是目前CS研究的新方向。利用静电纺丝制备CS纳米纤维是较为常用的方法之一,所得纳米纤维具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,且比表面积大大增加,孔隙率也有所提高。综述了静电纺丝制备CS纳米纤维膜的原理及应用领域。Chitosan is a product obtained by subjecting chitin to deacetylation(degree of deacetylation of 55%or more).It has good biocompatibility,biodegradability and no cytotoxicity,and widely used in biomedicine.The preparation of chitosan nanocomposite fiber membrane can improve the water solubility of chitosan,increase the specific surface area and porosity of the membrane,and improve the performance of the product which has been a new research direction of chitosan.Electrospinning is considered to be an effective technique for preparing polymer nanofibers.Preparation of chitosan nanofibers by electrospinning is one of the more commonly used methods.The obtained nanofibers have biocompatibility,biodegradability and specific surface area.Excellent characteristics such as large size and high porosity.The preparation principle of chitosan nanofibers by electrospinning and its application fields were reviewed.
