摘　　要：胰头十二指肠结合部为胆、胰、肠三者交汇的部位,此处解剖复杂,生理功能重要,涉及许多类型的手术,搞清其解剖无疑具有重要的科学价值与临床价值。本文通过对胰头十二指肠切除标本实体解剖的介绍,可了解胰头、十二指肠是如何连接的,胆总管、主胰管是怎样穿入十二指肠壁的,两者穿入十二指肠壁之后又是如何汇合等问题,从而获得对这些问题具体的、直观的认识,同时将具体的解剖与相关手术方式相结合进行阐述,以便更好地指导临床。Pancreaticoduodenal junction is the confluence of bile,pancreas,and intestine,where the anatomy is complex,the physiological function is important,and many kinds of operation are involved.Therefore,understanding the anatomy of the pancreaticoduodenal junction is important.The actual anatomy of a specimen of pancreaticoduodenectomy could provide concrete and intuitive details,such as how the pancreatic head and duodenum are connected,how the common bile duct and the main pancreatic duct penetrate into the duodenal wall,and how they come together after they penetrate into the duodenal wall.The concrete anatomy is elaborated in relation to surgical modes,which could serve as a guide in clinics.
