摘  要:炎性小体是一种胞内多蛋白复合物,是固有免疫的重要组分,其中以NOD样受体蛋白3(NOD-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3,NLRP3)炎性小体最为著名。动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是诱发心血管疾病的重要风险因素。在AS病情发展过程中,机体通过释放白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1β、IL-18等位于NLRP3炎性小体下游的促炎因子参与AS发病,但NLRP3炎性小体在AS发病机制中的作用仍需深入探讨,现就NLRP3炎性体在AS发病中的作用进行总结与分析。Inflammasome is a kind of intracellular multi protein complex,which is an important component of innate immunity.The most famous inflammatory corpuscle is NOD-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3).Atherosclerosis(AS)is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease.During the development of AS,the body released the inflammatory factors,such as interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-18 located downstream of the inflammatory corpuscles of NLRP3 involved in the pathogenesis of AS.However,the pathogenesis of NLRP3 in AS still needs to be further explored.This review summarized and analyzed the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in AS.
