摘　　要：颠簸是影响飞行安全最主要的天气因素之一,做好颠簸预报预警服务对保障飞行安全至关重要。为全面提升飞行安全保障能力,本文航前结合航班计算机飞行计划,基于颠簸预报数据提供航路颠簸评估,并提示计划起飞前4小时内的颠簸实况;航中根据颠簸实况数据计算颠簸影响区域和时间,为将进入颠簸区域的航班提供颠簸预警信息。Turbulence is one of the most important weather factors that affect flight safety. Providing good turbulence forecast and warning service is essential to ensuring flight safety. To comprehensively improve flight safety assurance capability, before the flight, combining the computer flight plan, this paper provides an assessment of the route turbulence based on the turbulence forecast data and reports actual turbulence within 4 hours before the planned departure time;during the flight, it calculates the impact area and time of the turbulence according to the turbulence measurements, and provides turbulence warning information for flights that will enter the turbulence area.
