摘  要:为提升远程虚拟塔台运行的安全水平,研究视觉和听觉双通道突显对管制员情境意识的影响,利用远程虚拟塔台实验系统和眼动仪构建试验平台。选取管制员20名作为被试,设定基于视觉单通道和基于视听双通道的远程虚拟塔台管制对照试验,获取被试的情境意识、工作负荷得分和眼动特征数据。统计分析结果发现:相对于视觉单通道,管制员基于视听双通道突显执行远程虚拟塔台任务的情境意识显著提升,工作负荷有增加趋势但变化并不显著,管制员的动态兴趣区首次注视时间显著降低,而有意识注视时间占比和扫视速度显著增加。本研究可为提升远程虚拟塔台的人机交互水平提供科学支撑。In order to improve the safety of remote virtual tower operation and study the influence of visual and auditory dual channel highlighting on situation awareness of controllers, the remote virtual tower experimental system and eye tracker were used to build the experimental platform. Twenty controllers were selected as subjects, and a check experiment of remote virtual tower operation based on visual single channel and audio-visual dual channel was set up to obtain the situation awareness, workload scores and eye movement characteristics of the subjects. The results of statistical analysis show that compared with visual single channel, the situation awareness of controllers performing remote virtual tower tasks under the audio-visual dual channel highlighting is significantly improved, the workload tends to increase but the change is not significant, the first fixation time in the dynamic interest area of the controllers is significantly reduced while the proportion of conscious fixation time and scanning speed are significantly increased. This study can provide scientific support for improving humancomputer interaction of remote virtual tower.
