民航飞行员职业能力内涵的探讨

摘　　要：在国家实施人才强国战略,民航局提出深化运输航空公司飞行训练改革,树立"基于核心胜任能力实施飞行训练"的训练思想大背景下,民航飞行员职业能力的培养与评价得到了公司、单位的特别关注。目前,民航业对于飞行员职业能力的内涵并没有明确的界定,若要对飞行员职业能力进行定性、定量的评价,必须先明确其内涵,并予以细化。文章通过调研文献,梳理了主流的职业能力概念,并结合飞行员的职业特点、培养过程和核心能力要求,提出将技能、知识和态度作为飞行员职业能力内涵的基本维度。最后,明确了民航飞行员职业能力的概念,细化了职业能力的内涵。Under the background that China implements the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, CAAC proposes deepening flight training reform of transport airlines and establishing the training concept of "flight training based on core competence", the cultivation and evaluation of civil aviation pilots’ professional competence has received great attention. At present the civil aviation industry does not have a clear definition of the connotation of pilots’ professional competence. To carry out qualitative and quantitative evaluation of pilots’ professional competence, we must be clear about its connotation and more over give detailed doscription of the connotation. This article sorts out the mainstream concept of professional competence through research of literature, and in combination with the professional characteristics, training process and core competence requirements for pilots, proposes that skills, knowledge and attitude be the basic dimensions of the connotation of pilot professional competence. Finally, the concept of professional competence of civil aviation pilots is made clear and the connotation of professional competence is described in detail.
