摘  要:为保障ITER极向场(PF)电源系统的高实时性控制需求,根据其设备体积大、分布分散等特点,选取了支持多种设备连接拓扑的实时工业以太网现场总线EtherCAT作为ITER PF电源现场层监控系统的数据通讯协议。为研究ITER极向场电源现场层监控系统的实时性,分析了数据帧在几种适合ITER PF整流器单元现场层信号采集与控制的现场总线设备网络拓扑中的传输延时,通过搭建测试平台验证了方案设计的可行性与正确性。在满足控制系统高实时性要求的同时,经对比找出了较为适合的设备网络拓扑来设计ITER PF电源现场层监控系统,也为ITER PF电源的其他子控制系统的拓扑优化提供了借鉴。In order to guarantee the high real-time control requirement of ITER poloidal field(PF) power supply system, according to the characteristics of ITER poloidal field power supply device, such as large size and decentralized distribution, a real-time industrial Ethernet field bus EtherCAT supporting multiple device connection topologies is selected as the data communication protocol of ITER PF power supply field layer monitoring system. In addition, in order to study the real-time performance of ITER poloidal field power supply field layer monitoring system, the transmission delay of data frames in several field bus device network topologies suitable for ITER PF rectifier unit field layer signal acquisition and control is analyzed, and the feasibility and correctness of the scheme design are verified by building a test platform. While satisfying the high real-time requirement of the control system, a suitable device network topology is found out through comparison for the design of the ITER PF power supply field layer monitoring system, which also provides a reference for the topology optimization of other sub-control systems of ITER PF power supply.
