摘 要:【目的】了解水分和养分胁迫对尾叶桉无性系叶绿素荧光特性的影响。【方法】以19个尾叶桉无性系为材料,采用2因素(水分、养分)3水平完全随机区组设计,对水肥胁迫6个月后尾叶桉苗木生长、叶形和叶绿素荧光特性进行研究。【结果】19个尾叶桉无性系间叶绿素荧光参数F_(o)、F_(m)、Φ_(PSⅡ)、qP、NPQ、ETR和F_(v)/F_(m)均有显著差异,说明不同无性系在不同水分和养分处理下具有不同的光能吸收和利用能力。在不同水肥胁迫处理6个月后,尾叶桉无性系苗木的树高、地径、冠幅分别与F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(m)、Φ_(PSⅡ)、ETR呈显著正相关,叶周长、叶面积与F_(o)呈显著负相关,同种类型性状间的相关系数较大(最高0.99),而不同类型间的相关性虽达到显著水平但相关值较小(最高为0.21)。26个性状可以综合为4个主成分,前4个主成分累计贡献率达93%,表明这些性状具有较强的代表性;根据最短距离和欧式距离聚类法将19个尾叶桉无性系划分为4组。【结论】尾叶桉无性系5(LDUA10)和10(LDUA24)生长表现好且具有较强的光化学特性,可作为优良无性系在生产上推广应用。【Objective】The study was conducted to understand the effects of water and nutrient stresses on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Eucalyptus urophylla clones.【Method】Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of 19 clones under water and nutrient stresses for 6 months were analyzed and evaluated by using a randomized complete block design based on two factors(water and nutrient)and three levels.【Result】Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters including F_(o),F_(m),Φ_(PSⅡ),qP,NPQ,ETR and F_(v)/F_(m) were significant different among these clones,indicating that different clones had different ability of light absorption and utilization under different water and nutrient treatments.After being treated for 6 months under water and nutrient stresses,the plant height,ground diameter and crown width were significant positively correlated with F_(m),F_(v)/F_(m),Φ_(PSⅡ) and ETR,while leaf perimeter and leaf area were significant negatively correlated with F_(o).The correlation coefficients between the same type traits were higher(the highest value was 0.99),while the correlation coefficients between different types were also significant,but the correlation values were lower(the highest value was 0.21).Twenty-six traits could be integrated into 4 principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components was 93%,indicating that these traits were highly representative.Based on the shortest distance and the Euclidean distance cluster analysis,the 19 E.urophylla clones were divided into 4 groups.【Conclusion】The clone 5(LDUA10)and clone 10(LDUA24)were of good growth performance and high photosynthetic efficiency,which were recommended as excellent clones for application in practice.
