摘 要:为了增加矿石资源的回收率,降低贫化率,保护井下胶结矿柱的安全与稳定,对采场285中段12-15II北矿房大爆破进行设计,控制边界孔距胶结充填体(1~1.2)m;同时将装药结构由细沙间隔调整为空气间隔装药,利用现场爆破振动监测试验数据,基于胶结充填体振动安全设计了大爆破最大单响药量,爆破效果及胶结充填体边界垮落厚度得到了明显改善。The large-scale blast of 12-15II north cemented filling chamber at 285 middle section of stope is designed in order to increase the recovery rate of ore resource,reduce dilution rate,protect the underground cemented pillar,and ensure safety and stability of the cemented pillar,the boundary hole distance of the cemented filling body(1~1.2)m can be controlled;at the same time,the fine sand interval charge structure should be replaced by air-space charge;the maximum explosive quantity in a sound is designed on the foundation of field blasting vibration monitoring test data and the vibration safety of cemented filling body,therefore the blasting effect and the boundary collapse thickness of cemented filling body is improved obviously.
