摘　　要：针对印尼铝土矿自身矿石特性,研究印尼铝土矿溶出工艺条件。通过改变溶出温度、采取不同溶出停留时间、以及不同料浆固含,考察对溶出性能、硅量指数、碱耗等指标影响情况。结合实际生产工艺调整,得到最佳溶出实验条件:温度(130~135)℃,时间45 min,矿浆固含(210~230)g/L。The dissolution process conditions of Indonesian bauxite was studied according to the ore characteristics of Indonesian bauxite.The impact situations,such as the effect of dissolution performance,silica modulus,alkali consumption and the other targets were investigated through investigation of dissolution temperature change,different dissolution stay time and different solid content of slurry.The production adjustment combining with the actual production,therefore the optimal dissolution experiment conditions can be obtained:the temperature is(130~135)℃,time is 45 min,the solid content of slurry is(210~230)g/L.
