摘  要:概述槽式洗矿机的特点、原理及应用,以及该设备的型号、具体参数、处理量和入选要求。分析洗矿机滑动轴承体内衬、半轴定位台阶、下料点螺旋轴、叶片座侧磨、大小锥齿轮磨损原因;分析连轴节转动故障和尾部溢流漫浆原因,并针对滑动轴承体及内衬、半轴定位台阶、尾部溢流筛、大小锥齿轮润滑方式等进行改进,对叶片座侧磨、下料点螺旋轴磨损或断裂采取减缓、修复措施,改进后提高设备运行效率,降低了生产成本。The characteristics,principle,application,as well as the type,specific parameters,handling capacity and selection requirements of groove ore washing machine are summarized.The abrasion reasons for lining of linear-motion bearing body,half axis positioning step,feeding point screw shaft,blade socket side grinding,big and small bevel gear wearing of ore washer had been analyzed;the rotation failure reasons of coupling and slurry overflowing reasons of the ends had been analyzed;the lining and body of linear-motion bearing,half axis positioning step,tail overflow screen,the lubrication method of big and small bevel gear wearing and the parts had been improved,the blade socket side grinding,feeding point screw shaft wearing or fracture had been slowed down and repaired,So the equipment operating efficiency is improved and the production cost is decreased.
