摘  要:运用光电直读光谱法检测铅锭中范围在0.00019%~5.32%的锡含量。通过增加自制标准样品,在原检测范围为0.00019%~0.094%的测量方法基础上将分析曲线中含量最高点扩展至5.32%;探讨了扩展检测范围后分析曲线的调整,以此推断出当分析曲线为二次方程时能同时兼顾低含量锡的检测,是最合适的分析模式;使用SPECTRO LAB M10型光电直读光谱仪对高含量锡铅锭样品进行了检测,对分析精密度进行了统计,并将检测结果与电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)的分析结果进行了比对,其符合性好;实验表明,光电直读光谱法检测高锡含量铅锭,其操作简单、分析准确且快速,是铅锭生产在线监控的好方法。Photoelectric direct-read spectrometer is applied to determination of tin content with the range of 0.00019%~5.32%in lead ingot.The highest point of content in the analysis curve is extended to 5.32%on the basis of the measurement method with the original detection range(0.00019%~0.094%)through addition of home-made standard samples;it is discussed the adjustment of analysis curve after the detection range extended,so that we can deduce when the analysis curve is quadratic equation,it can give consideration to low tin content detection,which is the perfect analysis mode;SPECTRO LAB M10 type photoelectric direct-read spectrometer is applied to detection of lead ingot with high tin content,we made statistics of the analysis precision degree,and compared the analysis results with the results of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),which has good conformance;the test showed that the determination of tin content in lead ingot by photoelectric direct-read spectrometer is a good method for on-line monitoring of lead ingot production,which operation is simple,analysis is accurate and fast.
