摘  要:激光-电弧复合焊接是一种将激光与电弧两种热源相结合的焊接技术,因激光与电弧相互之间的协同效应使得此焊接方法有“1+1>2”的效果,集激光和电弧的优点于一身,可以获得接头质量更好的焊缝。目前铝合金焊接工业上的主流技术还是MIG、TIG等传统焊接方法。相比于传统焊接方法,激光-电弧复合焊有不可取代的优势,很多学者也就调控其焊接工艺并进行数值模拟、超声波辅助加强和焊后热处理等方面做了大量研究,并进行实验来预测在工业推广上的应用前景。Laser-arc hybrid welding is a welding technology combining with two kinds of heat source(laser and arc),the synergy effect between laser and arc makes the welding method has the effect of“1+1>2”,which set the advantage of laser and arc in one,therefore the welding joint with good quality can be obtained.At present,the mainstream technologies of aluminum alloy welding industry still are MIG,TIG and the other traditional welding methods.Laser-arc hybrid welding has the irreplaceable advantage better than traditional welding methods,many scholars have also done a lot of research on regulating the welding process,such as conducting numerical simulation,ultrasonic assisted reinforcement,post-weld heat treatment,and other aspects,they also have done the experiments for forecast application prospects of industrial promotion.
