摘 要:借助计算流体力学的方法,对某电厂所采用的大型SCR脱硝系统竖直烟道内流体流动进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果分析SV型静态混合元件排列方式对烟道内速度场、浓度场以及系统压降的影响。结果表明,混合器元件的排列方式对其混合效果有一定的影响,综合考虑,顺排排列方式更有利于实际生产。The numerical simulation of fluid flow in the vertical flue of a large SCR denitrification system in a power plant was carried out by means of the computational fluid dynamics method, based on the numerical simulation results, the effect of the arrangement of SV type static mixing elements on the velocity field, concentration field and system pressure drop in the flue was analyzed. The results showed that the arrangement of the mixer elements had a certain influence on the mixing effect, the in-line arrangement of the mixer elements was more favorable to the practical production.
