摘 要:复合驱技术的广泛应用导致油田采出污水成分趋向复杂,进而引起黏度升高、乳化更稳定等问题,大部分油田现用的技术与设备很难满足日益增长的需求。因此,在了解复合驱技术并研究含聚表采油污水特点及处理难点的基础上,从含聚表采油污水处理后回注、外排和配制驱替液3种最终去向介绍了重要指标和相应处理方法,阐述了含聚表采油污水处理技术的研究进展。基于各种方法都有其局限性,单一处理方法已经无法满足生产需要,研究多种方法联用并协同作用,结合各个油田的不同实际情况,为含聚表采油污水处理技术的进一步发展提供了参考和思路。The wide application of combined flooding technology has led to the complex composition of the wastewater produced in oilfields, which has caused problems, such as increased viscosity and more stable emulsification. The technology and equipment currently used in most oil fields are difficult to meet the increasing demand. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the combined flooding technology and studying the characteristics and treatment difficulties of oil-contained oil production wastewater, important indicators and corresponding treatment methods were introduced from the three final destinations of reinjection, efflux, and preparation of displacement fluid after treatment of the oil production wastewater containing polymer and surfactant. The research progress of the treatment technology of oil production wastewater was described. Based on the limitations of various methods, a single treatment method can no longer meet the needs of production. Studying the combination of multiple methods and synergistic effects, combined with the different actual conditions of each oil field, can provide reference and ideas for the further development of sewage treatment technology for oil-contained wastewater.
