摘  要:介绍了我国现在主要使用的煤热解技术,比较集中技术的优势和劣势,简单的讲解了煤热解的原理。从两方面着手研究,一方面是热解原料,另一方面是热解反应的要求。总结出相应因素影响煤热解的程度和过程。此外分析了催化剂与煤热解反应的关系。创新研发出新工艺,实现提升转化率和焦油率的转化水平。Main coal pyrolysis technologies used in China were described, the advantages and disadvantages of the centralized technology were discussed, and the principle of coal pyrolysis was simply explained. From two aspects of pyrolysis raw materials and the requirements of pyrolysis reaction, the degree and process of coal pyrolysis affected by corresponding factors were summarized. In addition, the relationship between catalyst and coal pyrolysis was studied. It was pointed out that innovative research and development of new processes should be carried out to improve the conversion rate and tar conversion level.
