摘 要:室内合成了一种新型小分子胺基抑制剂HEG,与其他抑制剂对比具有很好的抑制性能,并评价了其对PLUS/KCL钻井液体系性能的影响。评价结果显示,HEG对PLUS/体系钻井液性能流变性能没有影响,可以改善体系的API滤失性能,将钻井液体系滤液的防膨性能由82%提高至93%以上,滚动回收率由83%提高至96%以上,并可以承受15%钠膨润土的污染,储层保护性能良好,渗透率恢复值由75%提高至87%以上。该新型小分子胺基抑制剂在渤海南部海域成功应用。A new type of small molecule amine inhibitor HEG was synthesized in the laboratory. Compared with other inhibitors, HEG showed good inhibition performance, and its influence on the performance of PLUS/KCL drilling fluid system was evaluated. The evaluation results showed that the HEG had no impact on the performance of rheological property, and improved API filtration performance, improved anti-expansion properties of drilling fluid filtrate from 82% to 93%, improved rolling recovery rate of drilling fluid from 83% to 96%, bore the pollution of 15% sodium bentonite, had good reservoir protection performance, improved the permeability recovery value from 75% to 87% above. The new type small molecule amine inhibitor was successfully applied in the southern Bohai Sea.
