摘 要:三氧化硫是催化裂化再生烟气中的大气污染物之一,主要来源于FCC催化剂的再生过程和烟气脱硝系统。SO_(3)的生成量受原料油中硫含量、再生方式、脱硝催化剂成分及结构形式等多种因素的影响。通过原料加氢处理、改变再生方式、使用硫转移剂可以有效降低FCC催化剂再生过程中产生的SO_(3);通过优化脱硝催化剂的金属活性组分含量、物化参数和反应条件,可以有效控制脱硝过程产生的SO_(3)。湿式静电除尘器可以有效地收集并脱除亚微米级颗粒和酸雾,但其建设投资和运行成本较高。烟气冷凝相变凝聚技术在消除有色烟羽的同时,也可以协同脱除部分SO_(3)。碱基溶液喷射技术可有效地脱除SO_(3),同时能够解决空预器的腐蚀和堵塞等问题,是下一步解决催化裂化再生烟气SO_(3)问题的有效方法。Sulfur trioxide is one of the atmospheric pollutants in the FCC regeneration flue gas, which mainly comes from the FCC catalyst regeneration process and flue gas denitration system. The content of SO_(3) in the flue gas is influenced by many factors, such as the sulfur content in fuel, combustion mode, composition and using sulfur transfer agent. Through the hydrotreating of raw materials, changing the regeneration method, and using sulfur transfer agents, the SO_(3) generated during the regeneration of the FCC catalyst can be effectively reduced;by optimizing the metal active component content, physical and chemical parameters and reaction conditions of the denitration catalyst, the SO_(3) generated during the denitration process can be effectively controlled. The wet electrostatic precipitator can effectively collect and remove sub-micron particles and acid mist, but its construction investment and operating cost are relatively high. The flue gas condensation phase change condensation technology can eliminate colored smoke plumes and remove part of SO_(3) in a synergistic manner. Alkaline solution injection technology can effectively remove SO_(3), at the same time, it can solve the problems of corrosion and blockage of the air preheater. It is an effective method to solve the SO_(3) problem of catalytic cracking regeneration flue gas in the next step.
