摘  要:由于缺乏强有力的市场和产品流通运营系统监管,农畜产品质量安全问题时有发生。同时,中国食品追溯存在技术限制、成本较高、人才缺乏等问题,而区块链追溯凭借信息不可篡改、去中心化、共识信任、可靠数据库等特征,在构建食品质量安全追溯体系中发挥了积极作用。通过对中国农畜产品质量安全问题及管理困境的分析和对中国农畜产品质量安全追溯体系基本类型的归纳,指出了中国农畜产品追溯体系中存在的问题,明确了构建农畜产品区块链可追溯系统的意义,提出了以区块链为核心的追溯系统的未来发展方向。Due to the lack of strong market and products circulation and operation system supervision,issues concerning the quality and safety of agricultural and livestock foods occurs from time to time in Chinese market.At the same time,there are some problems for China’s food traceability such as lack of standards,limited technology,high costs,and lack of talents.However,the blockchain traceability has played an active role in building a food quality and safety traceability system by virtue of the characteristics of information immutability,decentralization,consensus trust,and reliable database.Through the analysis of China’s agricultural and livestock products quality and safety issues and management dilemmas,and a summary of the basic types of China’s agricultural and livestock products quality and safety traceability system,the problems existing in China’s agricultural and livestock products traceability system were pointed out,and the construction significance of agricultural and livestock products blockchain was clearly defined,and the future development direction of traceability system with blockchain as the core were put forward.
