摘  要:目的:研究多花黄精炮制前后对游泳力竭小鼠抗疲劳抗氧化的影响。方法:将普通昆明种小鼠,在雌雄各半的前提下,随机分为正常对照组、生药黄精5、10、15 g/kg组、九制黄精5、10、15 g/kg组,每组12只,灌胃16 d,记录体重。8℃~10℃游泳实验,测游泳力竭时间、糖原含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果:不同浓度多花黄精炮制前后均明显延长小鼠游泳力竭时间,使游泳力竭小鼠体内糖原含量增加、SOD活力提高,MDA含量降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:多花黄精炮制前后对游泳力竭小鼠具有抗疲劳抗氧化作用,且九制黄精15 g/kg组对雌性小鼠综合效果最好,九制黄精10 g/kg对雄小鼠综合效果最好。Objective:The papar studied anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant effects of crude and processedPolygonatum cyrtonema Hua. on exhaustive swimming mice. Methods:The mice were randomly divided into the control group, crude Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua. groups(5,10,15 g/kg),and processed Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua. groups(5,10,15 g/kg), 12 in each group. Mice were administered for 16 days, and the body weights were recorded. In 8~10℃swimming test, the exhaustive swimming time, the contents of glycogen and malonaldehyde(MDA),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured. Results:Both crude and processedPolygonatum cyrtonema Hua. significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time in mice, they also increased the content of glycogen,reduced the contest of MDA,and enhanced the activity of SOD(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:The study shows that both crude and processed Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua. have anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant effects in exhaustive swimming mice. In addition, the processed Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.(15 g/kg)shows better synthetical effect on female mice, while the processed Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.(10 g/kg)shows better synthetical effect on male mice.
