COVID-19疫情下青翘抗病毒颗粒联合复方银柴颗粒治疗218例风热夹湿证普通感冒的病例系列研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨青翘抗病毒颗粒联合复方银柴颗粒治疗COVID-19疫情下风热夹湿证普通感冒的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用病例系列研究,收集成都中医药大学附属医院2020年2月~4月呼吸门诊就诊的风热夹湿证普通感冒患者218例,其中轻度患者给予复方银柴颗粒及青翘抗病毒颗粒,温开水冲服,1 d 3次,中度患者给予复方银柴颗粒及青翘抗病毒颗粒,温开水冲服,1 d 6次,疗程7 d。结果:轻度患者痊愈率为79%,有11例患者合并使用了抗菌药物,中度患者痊愈率为100%,有3例患者合并使用了抗菌药物,两组均未发生重症病例。轻度患者平均退热时间为1.7 d,而中度组为2.2 d。治疗3 d后各症状基本消失,且未发现不良反应。结论:COVID-19疫情下青翘抗病毒颗粒联合复方银柴颗粒治疗风热夹湿证普通感冒可能是安全有效的,能缩短感冒病程,缓解各种症状,减少抗生素的使用,但需要更高等级证据加以验证。Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingqiao Antiviral Granules(QAG)combined with Compound YinChai Granules(CYCG) in the treatment of common cold with Fengrejiashi during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Methods:A case series was conducted to collect 218 cases of common cold patients with Fengrejiashi syndrome from the respiratory department of affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from February to April in 2020.The patients with mild symptoms were given CYCG and QAG for 3 times a day, while the patients with moderate symptoms were given CYCG and QAG for 6 times a day, which were taken with warm water, and the course of treatment was 7 days. Results: The recovery rate of patients with mild symptoms was 79%,in whom, there were 11 patients who took antibiotics at the same time. And the recovery rate of patients with moderate symptoms was 100.00%, in whom, there were 3 patients who took antibiotics at the same time. None of the patients in the two groups turned into severe. The mean antifebrile time of patients with mild symptoms was 1.7 days, while it was 2.2 days for patients with moderate symptoms. After 3 days of treatment, the symptoms were basically disappeared without any adverse reactions. Conclusion: QAG combined with CYCG may be safe and effective in the treatment of common cold with Fengrejiashi during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It can shorten the course of disease, relieve various symptoms and reduce the use of antibiotics. But higher levels of evidence are needed to verify it.
