摘  要:银杏内酯类成分是银杏叶中特有的活性成分,大量研究显示其具有神经保护和修复作用,包括维持血脑屏障功能、减轻脑水肿、改善能量代谢、抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡、减轻兴奋性氨基酸毒性、促血管新生和神经发生,能够针对缺血性脑卒中不同病理环节发挥治疗作用。因此,本文在检索近年来银杏内酯类成分相关文献的基础上,对上述药理作用及其作用机制进行系统的梳理和总结以期为进一步的开发和应用提供参考。Ginkgolides are unique active ingredients in Ginkgo biloba leaves. Substantial studies have shown that they have neuroprotective and repair effects, including maintaining the blood-brain barrier function, reducing brain edema, improving energy metabolism, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-apoptosis, reducing excitatory amino acid toxicity, promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis, they can also play a therapeutic role in different pathological stages of ischemic stroke. In this paper, based on the search of the literature related to ginkgolides in recent years, the above pharmacological effects and mechanisms were systematically described and summarized, in order to provide reference for further development and application.
