摘  要:北京师范大学区域地理实验室项目组在2003-2020年先后申请并执行了"区域农业旱灾灾情形成过程中的脆弱性诊断与分析"、"区域农业旱灾灾后恢复性评价方法与综合减灾机制研究"、"区域农业旱灾适应性评价模型与风险防范模式"和"区域农业旱灾综合风险防范凝聚力模式研究"等4个国家自然科学基金课题,取得以下研究结果:1)发展了区域农业旱灾脆弱性、恢复性、适应性和凝聚力理论体系,构建了社会-生态系统单一要素到多要素的研究框架,为综合旱灾风险防范定量研究提供理论依据;2)构建了区域农业旱灾脆弱性、恢复性、适应性和凝聚力评价的指标体系和模型,建立了一套基于自然和社会经济条件的方法体系,为综合旱灾风险防范定量研究提供技术手段;3)评价了雨养农业区内蒙古兴和县、灌溉农业区河北省邢台县和水田农业区湖南省鼎城区等3个典型区的旱灾承灾体脆弱性、恢复性、适应性和凝聚力,探索了不同农业类型区的旱灾风险防范模式,为因地制宜、因时制宜的综合旱灾风险防范提供重要参考意见.这些课题成果丰富和完善了区域灾害系统理论体系和实践研究,为提升中国自然灾害综合风险防范研究在国际上的地位做出了一定贡献.During 2003-2020,the research team of Regional Geography Laboratory of Beijing Normal University successively implemented four NSFC projects,that is,Inspection and Assessment of Vulnerability in Regional Agricultural Drought Disaster,Research on Evaluation and Integrated Disaster Reduction Mechanism of Regional Agricultural Post-drought Resilience,Adaptability Evaluation Model and Risk Governance Paradigm of Regional Agricultural Drought,and Consilience Paradigm of Integrated Risk Governance for Regional Agricultural Drought Disaster.The main research results are as follows:1)A theoretical system of vulnerability,resilience,adaptability and consilience of regional agricultural drought is developed,and a research framework of social-ecological system from single element to multiple elements is constructed,to provide theoretical basis for quantitative research on drought risk governance.2)An index system and model for evaluating vulnerability,resilience,adaptability and consilience of regional agricultural drought are constructed,and a method system based on natural and socio-economic conditions is built,to provide technical methods for quantitative research on drought risk governance.3)The vulnerability,resilience,adaptability and consilience of drought bearing bodies are evaluated separately in the rain-fed agricultural area(Xinghe county in Inner Mongolia),the irrigated agricultural area(Xingtai county in Hebei province),and the paddy agricultural area(Dingcheng district in Hunan province).The drought risk governance paradigms in different agricultural areas are explored,to provide important references for drought risk governance based on spatial-temporal conditions.The advances of the above four projects have enriched and improved the theoretical and practical research of regional disaster systems,and have made contributions to enhance the international status of China′s integrated risk governance research on natural disasters.
