摘　　要：目的建立一种快速灵敏的珍珠明目滴眼液中冰片含量的测定方法。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定。色谱柱为Rtx-5 ms (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,程序升温;离子源为EI源,四级杆质量检测器进行分析检测。结果冰片在质量浓度1~1 000 mg·L^(-1)内线性良好,峰面积与浓度的标准曲线方程为y=1 924.6 x+23 582 (R^(2)=0.999 1)。样品的重复性和稳定性良好(RSD均<3.8%)。结论建立的GC-MS方法具有简便、快速和准确等特点,可用于珍珠明目滴眼液中冰片的含量测定和质量控制。AIM To establish a rapid and sensitive detection method for the determination of borneol concentration in Zhenzhu Mingmu eye drops.METHODS The samples were determined by gas chromatography-masss spectrometry(GC-MS).The Rtx-5 ms chromatographic column was used with programmed temperature.The ion source was EI and the quadropole detector was used.RESULTS The amount of borneol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1-1000 mg·L^(-1).The regression equation of response value and concentration was y=1924.6 x+23582(R^(2)=0.9991).The method exhibited good retention time and peak area repeatability and stability.CONCLUSION The GC-MS external standard quantitative method established in this paper is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of borneol content and quality control of borneol in eye drops.
