摘　　要：根据不同的建筑分布、不同的业态及物业管理,合理布局冷热源中心的位置,依据不同办公的品位进行配置末端系统。高端办公采用VAVBOX+地面对流器的方式,普通办公采用风机盘管+新风的形式;考虑到后期有金融机构入住,提前对办公楼预留IT机房空调制冷外机和管井安装条件。地上小商业采用分体机的形式,灵活应对小业主分批分期进去的可能性,同时也减少开发商的初投资。According to different building distribution,different business forms and property management,this paper rationally layouts the location of cold and heat source center.According to the grades of offices,the terminal system is configured.The high-end office adopts the VAVBox+ground convector and the ordinary office adopts fan coil+fresh.Considering that financial institutions will move in the later period,the office building is reserved in advance for the installation conditions of the IT machine room air conditioning and refrigeration external machine and tube well.Small businesses on the ground adopt the form of split machines,to flexibly deal with the possibility of small owners in stages,and at the same time reduce the initial investment of developers.
