摘  要:凝结水泵的配置方式对火电机组运行经济性影响较大。在调研国内外1000 MW等级机组凝结水泵的配置现状的基础上,分析凝结水泵两种典型配置方式的技术可行性、运行可靠性和经济性,计算对应的初始投资和年运行费用。得出凝结水泵的最佳配置方式为采用2×100%容量凝结水泵、两台水泵共用一套1×100%电机变频装置,该配置方式技术成熟、运行可靠,可获得较好的经济效益。The configuration of the condensate pump has a very large impact on the operating economy of thermal power units.On the basis of investigating the current situation of the condensate pump configuration of 1000 MW units at home and abroad,the technical feasibility,operational reliability and economy of the two typical condensate pump configurations are analyzed,and the corresponding initial investment and annual operating costs are calculated.It is concluded that the best configuration method of condensate pump is to use 2×100%capacity condensate pump,and two pumps share a set of 1×100%motor frequency conversion device.This configuration method has mature technology,reliable operation and the best economy.
