摘  要:随着我国能源结构的优化,清洁低碳化进程不断加快,制盐行业的节能减排问题已成为盐业可持续发展中不可回避的问题。根据我国制盐行业的能耗现状,对某制盐厂新建的余热回收利用系统进行了详细介绍和效果分析。结果表明,在不改变现有制盐工艺的基础上,采用余热回收利用系统,可有效节能减排,并具有较好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。With the optimization and improvement of China’s energy structure and the accelerating process of clean and low carbonization,the problem of energy conservation and emission reduction in salt industry becomes an unavoidable problem in the sustainable development of salt industry.According to the current situation of energy consumption in China’s salt industry,this paper introduces and analyzes the new waste heat recovery and utilization system of a salt factory in detail.The results show that,on the basis of not changing the existing salt production process,the use of waste heat recovery and utilization system can effectively save energy and reduce emission,and it has better economic,environmental and social benefits.
